Shipping and Returns Policy
Orders
At Barkote, all products are custom-made after you place an order. Please double-check your product selection (size, color, design) before completing your purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect orders or changes of mind.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, production begins, and cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a free reprint or refund. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will process a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Contact us at sales@barkote.com with the following:
- Subject: RETURN Request or EXCHANGE Request
- Body: Reason for return or exchange request. If it’s a damaged/quality issue, please attach a photo.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not refund shipping costs incurred for the initial order, even if shipping was free.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For non-USD billing currencies, refunds will be processed directly to the original payment source.
Returns
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, or for any reason related to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
However, defective products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items must be in brand-new, unworn, unwashed condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A copy of the invoice must be included with returned items.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Non-returnable/Non-refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size, color, or design ordered by mistake.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
