How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our products are made to order, and production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the item. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select:

  • Economy: 4-8 business days (US only).
  • Standard: 2-5 business days for US orders; 10-30 business days for international orders.
  • Priority: 2-3 business days (US); 3-5 business days for international orders (depending on availability). Cost: Calculated individually.
  • Express: 2-3 business days (US only, includes production time).

Please note that during peak periods like holidays, production and shipping times may increase.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking details via email. You can follow the journey of your order until it reaches your doorstep.

What shipping methods do you offer?

 

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Economy: Starting at USD 4.25, with delivery within 4-8 business days (US only).
  • Standard: Starting at USD 4.75, with delivery within 2-5 business days in the US, and 10-30 business days internationally.
  • Priority: Calculated individually, with delivery within 2-3 business days (US) or 3-5 business days (international) depending on availability.
  • Express: USD 7.99 (+ USD 2.40 for each additional item) with 2-3 business days for delivery, including production time (US only).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our items are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged or incorrect. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after the order is placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please reach out to us at [your email] with a photo and description of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Are there specific care instructions for your products?

Yes! To ensure the longevity of your printed items:

  • Wash inside out with cold water and similar colors on a gentle cycle.
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.
  • Do not bleach or dry clean.
  • If ironing is needed, avoid ironing directly on the print.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at sales@barkote.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.
